NHIAA Scholar Athlete Award Nominations Now Open
The NHIAA Scholar Athlete award season is upon us. Award recipients are high school seniors, recognized annually who have succeeded exceptionally well as high school student-athletes. In order to qualify for this award, you must meet the following criteria:
- Must be a NH high school senior.
- Must have a B+ or equivalent grade point average throughout their high school career.
- Must letter and be currently active in at least two NHIAA-recognized sports (including last Spring).
- Must be a positive role model who has participated in community service activities (please provide community service list).
If you meet these qualifications, we ask that you stop by to us in the Athletic Department for consideration for this award by December 17th.
All recognized scholar athletes will be celebrated at a ceremony in the Spring, at the Capitol Center for the Arts in Concord.
Weightlifting Club - STARTING FRIDAY 12/5
Weight Lifting Club will be meeting in the exercise room on Wednesday and Fridays. We will start at 2:15-3:15 each day. Come and join us this Friday, 12/5, for an informational meeting!
T-Shirt Design Contest
We are excited to announce a student design contest for an MHS t-shirt that will be available to students this year. The design should include not only the famous "M" but also some of the visual elements from the MHS Vision of a Learner, which are the images on the pillars in the cafe and on the wall near Counseling. For details, please connect with Ms. Murphy! The contest deadline is December 15th.

Seniors, do you think you have what it takes to be the next Mr. MHS? For more information, please speak to SADD Officers Lily Dalbec-Joyal, Sarah Hanssen, or Anna Corga. If you are interested in competing for the title, please see Mrs. Choiniere or Masty for an application. The application deadline is before Christmas Break so please don't wait.
Students for Animal Advocacy Supply Drive
Hello and Happy Holidays from Students For Animal Advocacy. We are currently hosting our biggest event of the year... The holiday shelter drive! We are collecting items for our local shelters such as blankets, towels, toys, treats, food and anything you think would be beneficial to NH shelter pets.🎁 This drive ends on 12/18 to give you time to get collecting! 25-26 Coolidge Scholarship for JUNIORS
The scholarship is for High School Juniors and is a full-ride, four-year, merit scholarship that recipients may use for undergraduate study at any accredited college or university in the United States.
Submission deadline is Tuesday, December 16, 2025. A complete description of the scholarship's criteria, along with the online application and much more information, is available at coolidgescholars.org.
