Stress Management Group
If you’ve experienced a stress reaction, you know that it can sometimes be very uncomfortable. A new group will be starting in March called “Got Stress?! A Stress Management Group for Students.” It will take place over 7 consecutive weeks for an hour during Advisory and will focus on understanding the impact of stress on life, discovering our automatic reactions to it, and practicing several stress management strategies while in the safety of a small group of 8 students. For more information, look for “Got Stress?!" flyers posted around the building and scan the QR Code for more information. You can also find more information in the School Counseling Office. The deadline to sign up is March 5th.

They will also be offering ongoing Question and Answer sessions and office hours so families can get the specific information they need when they need it. Stay tuned for more information about these services.
